Joseph helped take the stress out of planning and managing our vacation. He priced out many different options to help us choose what level we would like while working within our budget. He made sure we had transportation to and from the hotel and that we knew how to navigate transportation to and from the resort and parks once there. He recommended apps to use to help navigate the airport and parks and even made recommendations on attractions. Joseph checked in with us before, during, and after our vacation unobtrusively to ensure we were happy and all of our needs were being met.
