2. Services Provided

Joseph the Travel Genie offers personalized travel planning services, including:

Assisting with booking Disney, Universal, cruise, and other vacation packages.
Providing vacation recommendations, itineraries, and expert travel advice.
Acting as an intermediary between clients and third-party travel providers (e.g., Disney, Royal Caribbean).

Important: I do not directly provide travel services. All bookings, payments, and policies are subject to the terms of the respective travel providers.

3. Client Responsibilities

By using my services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for booking purposes.
Review and confirm all details (e.g., travel dates, names, and package inclusions) before finalizing bookings.
Comply with the terms and conditions of the travel providers.

4. Payments & Fees

My travel planning services are offered at no extra cost to you.
All payments for travel services (e.g., cruises, theme parks) are made directly to the respective travel provider.
I am not responsible for pricing changes, cancellations, or refunds imposed by third-party providers.

5. Cancellations, Change Fees & Refunds

Your right to any refunds if you change your plans is limited.
Service fees issued by Genie Travel Company are non-refundable.
Cancellations or changes to any booking are subject to fees imposed by airlines, hotels, cruise, and excursion companies.
Most reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable, and you may be charged cancellation/change penalties up to 100% of your trip cost.
Passengers who do not travel are subject to 100% cancellation penalties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Joseph the Travel Genie acts solely as a travel planning consultant. I am not liable for:

Travel disruptions (e.g., cancellations, delays, or schedule changes).
Lost or stolen belongings.
Injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events during travel.
Any claims must be directed to the third-party provider.

7. Privacy & Data Use

I respect your privacy and only collect personal information (e.g., name, contact info) necessary for travel planning.
Your information will not be shared with third parties except for booking purposes.
